Lave-Auto Express-Eau Car Wash
Membership Conditions
1. License Plate Recognition: Memberships are linked to the license plate of a single vehicle and are non-transferable. Each vehicle requires its own membership.
2. Usage Limit: Memberships allow one car wash per day. Additional washes on the same day will be charged at the regular rate.
3. Recurring Payments: Memberships are billed as recurring monthly payments. The billing cycle date corresponds to the date of enrollment.
4. Cancellation Policy: Customers must notify Lave-Auto Express-Eau if they wish to cancel their membership. Billing will continue until the cancellation request is received and processed. Customers may cancel by email, by telephone, or directly through the customer portal.
5. No Refunds or Credits: No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for any unused portion of the membership.
Pricing and Adjustments
6. Price Changes: Membership and service prices may be modified at any time without prior notice.
7. Promotions and Locations: Offers, prices, and promotions may vary by location.
8. Wash Cards: Prepaid wash cards have no monetary value. Promotions associated with wash cards may be modified at any time without prior notice.
Customer Conduct
9. Behavioral Requirements: Verbal abuse, harassment, or any inappropriate behavior toward staff or other customers will not be tolerated. Such behavior may result in immediate cancellation of the membership without refund.
10. Cancellation by the Company: Lave-Auto Express-Eau reserves the right to cancel a membership at any time and for any reason.
Vehicle Condition and Safety
11. Vehicle Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is in suitable condition to be washed. Applicable restrictions are posted at each location.
12. Loading and Operation:
- Customers must follow all verbal and written instructions on site.
- Ensure their vehicle is properly positioned on the conveyor and placed in neutral.
13. Liability for Damages: Customers are responsible for any damage or injury caused to equipment, staff, other customers, or vehicles resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.

15. Service Availability: Service availability may vary by location. Lave-Auto Express-Eau reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or promotion at any time without prior notice.
Weather Conditions
16. Weather Conditions – Tire Shine: During the winter season, tire shine may not be applied properly or may not produce the expected results due to weather conditions, including temperature, humidity, or freezing conditions. No results are guaranteed, and no claims may be made in this regard.
Location-Specific Conditions
17. Variable Pricing and Offers: Prices, wash options, and promotions may vary by location.
18. Wash Cards: Prepaid wash cards have no monetary value, are non-refundable, and associated promotions may be changed without notice.
19. Commercial Vehicles: Commercial vehicles and vehicles equipped with removable plates are not eligible for the membership program. For fleet or business-related inquiries, please contact customer service.
