Welcome to Lave-Auto Express-Eau! By purchasing and using our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Membership Terms

1. License Plate Recognition: Memberships are linked to the license plate of a single vehicle and are non-transferable. Each vehicle requires its own membership.
2. RFID Tag Fee: For locations using RFID tags, a $6.00 +tx fee is charged to change the RFID.
3. Usage Limit: Memberships allow one wash per day. Additional washes on the same day will incur regular fees.
4. Recurring Payments: Memberships are billed as recurring monthly payments. The billing cycle is based on the date of the initial sign-up.
5. Cancellation Policy: Customers must notify Lave-Auto Express-Eau if they wish to cancel their membership. Billing will continue until the cancellation request is received and processed.
6. No Refunds or Credits: There are no pro-rated refunds or credits for unused membership time.

Pricing and Adjustments

7. Price Changes: Membership and service prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
8. Promotions and Locations: Offers, pricing, and promotions may vary by location. Memberships and wash cards are limited to the specific location selected at sign-up and do not grant access to other locations.
9. Car Wash Cards: Pre-purchased car wash cards hold no monetary value. Promotions on these cards may change at any time without notice.

Customer Conduct

10. Behavioral Expectations: Verbal abuse, harassment, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other customers will not be tolerated. Such actions will result in immediate membership cancellation without a refund.
11. Membership Termination: Lave-Auto Express-Eau reserves the right to cancel memberships at any time for any reason.

Vehicle Condition and Safety

12. Vehicle Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is in a condition suitable for washing. Guidelines are posted at all locations to assist in determining vehicle eligibility. (Read Restrictions)
13. Loading and Operation:


  • Follow all verbal and written instructions while on the premises.
  • Ensure your vehicle is properly loaded onto the conveyor belt and placed in neutral.
  • If unsure, ask for assistance before using the car wash.

14. Damage Liability: Customers are responsible for any damage or injury caused to Lave-Auto Express-Eau’s equipment, staff, and other customers due to failure to comply with safety guidelines.

Disclaimer

15. Liability Waiver: Lave-Auto Express-Eau is not liable for any damage to vehicles resulting in failure to adhere to the posted guidelines or instructions.
16. Service Availability: Service availability may vary by location. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or promotion without notice. Lave-Auto Express-Eau will not be held responsible if the car wash is closed for any reason. Reasons may include, but are not limited to weather, vacation, or equipment/renovation failure.
17. By becoming a customer of Lave-Auto Express-Eau, it is acknowledged and accepted that photographs of vehicles and license plates may be taken as part of the automated recognition system. Furthermore, all premises are monitored by surveillance cameras for security and operational purposes.
18. By becoming a customer of Lave-Auto Express-Eau, the client consents to receive communications from Lave-Auto Express-Eau by email and/or SMS regarding membership status, services, and promotional offers. While an opt-out option is available, Lave-Auto Express-Eau reserves the right to contact clients unless the client has expressly unsubscribed via email or through the opt-out process.

Location-Specific Terms

19. Location-Specific Memberships:

  • Memberships are valid only at the location selected during sign-up.
  • Memberships do not provide access to services at other Lave-Auto Express-Eau locations.

20. Variable Pricing and Offers:

  • Pricing, wash level options, and promotions may differ by location.
  • Customers should review the specific terms and details for their chosen location.

21. Car Wash Cards:

  • Car wash cards have no monetary value and are non-refundable.
  • Wash cards are valid at the location selected during sign-up.
  • Promotions related to car wash cards may change without prior notice at any time.

22. Commercial Vehicles: Commercial vehicles and vehicles with removable license plates are not eligible for the membership program. For fleet or corporate needs, please contact customer service directly.
